Back by popular demand, we now announce the next annual MUSIC 'TIS BETTER THAN FOOTBALL AND TO DO 'TIS BETTER THAN TO WATCH, SO WE'RE GONNA' DO MUSIC PARTY. This totally amicable event will be held right here, 2626 Orchard Hill Place, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, on Sunday, February 11, 2024 starting at 2:30 pm or thereabouts. We shall enjoy one another's arts, talents, and self-expression, and thereby resolutely abstain from witnessing the media's annual breathless bacchanalia of bad bets, battered brains and broken bones.

All forms of artistic self-expression (e.g. recitation, short stories, dance, jokes, etc) not longer than a typical song will be welcome from those who have something that they want to share with a friendly audience, as long as you are not louder than a bagpipe.

All are welcome at any level of performance skill from near-beginner through all varieties of unknown up to whatever you've got or more. We shall take turns and make sure that all get a turn. If you attend, please be ready to perform or at least come with someone who is.

Arrive any time after 2:30 pm. This is an hour before game time, so that you will have a chance to not get sucked in by the pre-game shows. I have no idea how many will attend, but if we get enough to keep going, we will do so about as long as is usual for such things.

The food situation will be similar to that of last year -- some eats and drinks will be provided by us, and all attending are encouraged to bring whatever they wish to share and anything they do not care to do without.
