Artichoke Community Music online class led by Tracey Rose Brown, $25 for one class.

This harp class explores a few tunes, originally Gaelic language songs/pipe tunes from the Isle of Raasay, Inner Hebrides, Scotland. The tunes are from the Elizabeth Ross MS (1880-02), an insightful resource to Celtic music of that time and place, music that still sparkles today...enter ornaments! Tracey Rose developed this class as part of receiving a study scholarship from Slighe nan Gaidheal, Seattle, to study in a 6 day intensive with Scottish harper Ingrid Henderson of the Isle of Skye in 2018.

Level: beginner with a little experience and up, audits welcome, all harp types welcome.
