Artichoke Community Music online class led by Martin Zarzar, intermediate to advanced cajon class, $120 for six classes, registration now open.

Class syllabus-
1-History of the cajon
2-Polyrhythms
3-Technique and sound
4-popular rhythms played on the cajon
Class Structure: To make the most of the time together, the class will divided as follows:
1- 15 minute lecture on the topic of the day
2- 15 minute technical exercise and warm up
3- 15 minutes to play along with a different rhythm each day
4- 15 minutes of Q&A

(Cajón is a box-shaped percussion instrument originally from Peru)
