What is this?
Artichoke Community Music online class led by Haley Johnsen, $100 for four classes.
In this course, I will be going over the basics of proper breath support and vocal placement with various exercises to help guide the voice/body connection. We will go over many different vocal warmups and talk about the importance of vocal health. Each student will have an opportunity to have a brief one on one lesson with me during the class to work on a song of their choice.
Rough Weekly Schedule
Week 1 - The basics of vocal health, breath support, and anatomy of the voice, vocal placement
Week 2 - Aural Skills - learning about relationship between notes through triads and scales
Week 3 - Song Sharing and individual lesson time
Week 4 - Song Sharing and individual lesson time cont. + final questions
