Performers wishing to book PFS concerts should consider the following information before sending us an inquiry about a possible booking.

PFS presents a third-Saturday concert series season from September through May in SE Portland, with perhaps one or two extra concerts per year in that same time frame.

Our concert season for  September 2024 to May 2025 is fully booked. Potential performers should contact booking@portlandfolkmusic.org as soon as possible dates in our 2025-2026 season.

Performers are paid the larger of either a mutually agreed-upon guarantee or 70 percent of ticket sales less overhead expenses. We also request an exclusive booking commitment within a 40-mile radius of Portland .
