About this event

Marxhouse Concerts Presents Lilli Worona and John Shipe on Friday November 20th.

We are happy to host a new duo and to share their great music! These folks are fellow Oregonians and it should be great to hear them come together to perform.

Lilli Worona is a well known fiddle player and singer/songwriter in Central Oregon. She previously played and toured in the Pacific Northwest with Broken Down Guitars, winner of Central Oregon's 2012 last band standing competition and with Dry Canyon Stampede, a renowned country music band. She released her 2nd studio album, Maritime Siren, in 2025. Worona’s vocal prowess, well-crafted lyrics, and classical roots contribute to a sound that is fresh, inventive and inspiring to listeners.

John Shipe is an accomplished Americana/rock artist from Eugene who has been playing live music for over 20 years. He previously played and toured nationally with the Renegade Saints, a hugely successful rock band from Portland, Oregon. He now plays full-time as a singer/songwriter/guitarist across the state.

John and Lilli have been playing as a dynamic Americana duo since early 2022, bringing their unique style to venues all across Oregon. Their beautiful harmonies, well-crafted original music and on stage charisma are not to be missed.
