About this event

Shawn Brown, Ben Landsverk and Kyleen King are three distinct Portland artists who share the Artichoke Music stage for an intimate evening of songs and stories, $23.36 advance/ $28.60 at the door (prices include service fees).

They will perform both individual and joint acoustic sets, offering a rare opportunity to hear their music in a stripped-down setting where the writing, voices, and performances take center stage. Expect a warm night of thoughtful songwriting, rich musicianship, and a few surprises along the way.

Shawn Brown
Portland singer-songwriter Shawn Brown makes emotionally direct, story-driven music that moves freely between roots rock, soul, folk, and guitar-based pop. After returning to music in 2021 following nearly a decade away, Brown has released a growing body of work distinguished by his expressive voice, memorable melodies, and candid, lived-in songwriting.

Ben Landsverk
A Portland composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and producer. He is the creator and director of the Low Bar Chorale and one half of the acclaimed duo Wonderly, whose work includes music for podcasts and radio programs such as *The Daily*, *Dear Sugar Radio*, and *Sold a Story*.

Kyleen King
Kyleen King is a Portland-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, string arranger, and sought-after session musician. A former violist, violinist, and backing vocalist in Brandi Carlile’s touring band, King brings an intuitive ear and deeply expressive approach to every performance. Her music pairs graceful string work and thoughtful songwriting with a warm, compelling voice.
