These qualities tend to make for an engagingly communal experience and she encourages her audience to ask questions as well as answer some of hers.<br /><br />Fred Van Vactor is a vibrant and entertaining local Oregon singer-songwriter whose songs vary stylistically from catchy power-pop, to rock, to modern folk, to melancholy sweet.
